Supporting the leadership team at Rockingham Partners as Executive Assistant, Louise plays a hands-on role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring seamless client delivery. With over a decade of experience in the hotel sector at renowned establishments such as Pennyhill Park, De Vere Hotels, and Conrad London St James, she brings structure, foresight, and calm to high-pressure, fast-moving environments.

Louise is currently pursuing her Solicitors Qualifying Examination after successfully obtaining her LLB from the University of London. This legal and strategic foundation strengthens her ability to take a compliance-first, policy-smart approach to executive operations, particularly across employment law, risk management, and people strategy.

Whether supporting hospitality leaders or in-house executive teams, Louise combines legal insight, commercial acumen, and deep people expertise to help build high-performing, resilient workplaces.

What’s your career highlight to date?

Joining the Rockingham team and working alongside people who genuinely know and care about the craft. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of hotel turnarounds that lead to real, lasting client success.

When did you fall in love with hospitality?

Growing up in and around safari lodges across Africa while my father worked as an engineer on site visits. Being surrounded by that environment made hospitality feel like home from an early age.

What’s the next big thing in hospitality?

Guests are becoming increasingly values-led. Hotels with strong ethics, transparent practices, and positive employer reputations will stand out as conscious travellers choose where their money goes.
